一、个人简介

鞠延仑,山东禹城人,中共党员,副教授,博士生导师,69书吧 教研室主任,陕西省秦创原“科学家+工程师”首席科学家,2019年入选首批全国高校百名研究生党员标兵,69书吧 优秀共产党员。研究方向:葡萄园环境与果实品质互作机理、葡萄优质高效栽培技术模式构建。

四、人才培养和教学

目前,累计指导本科生30余人,指导硕士研究生11人、博士研究生11人,已毕业硕博士10人。指导研究生获研究生国家奖学金6人次,校优秀研究生论文1人,优秀研究生、优秀研究生干部3人;指导本科生先后获国家级科创项目2项、省级科创项目3项、校级科创项目5项、校级和院级优秀毕业论文6人次、大学生生命科学竞赛国家级特等奖、国家级三等奖和省级三等奖等;指导本科生发表各类学术论文4篇,获批专利5件。指导的多名本科生分别保送至上海交通大学、西安交通大学、同济大学、69书吧 、法国勃艮第高等商69书吧 等高校深造。主持/参与教改项目5项,发表核心教改论文1篇。参编“十三五”规划教材2部。校优秀教学团队成员。主要讲授本研课程:《葡萄栽培学》《葡萄生态学》《69书吧 进展》《葡萄园田实习》《葡萄冬季管理》等。

五、科技工作

主持/参与国家自然基金、国家重点研发计划子课题、陕西省重点研发计划、云南省重大科技专项、宁夏重点研发计划专题、校企合作等项目20余项。在Journal of Integrative Plant Biology,Food Chemistry,Ultrasonics Sonochemistry等国内外知名刊物上发表论文共计50余篇,其中SCI收录30余篇(ESI论文1篇),EI收录3篇。担任Food Chemistry等多个国内外学术期刊审阅人。主持地方标准2项、企业标准2项,参编地方标准5项,申请国内外专利15项,授权国内外发明专利6项,实用新型7项。获陕西省现代农业技术推广一等奖(15/30)、大北农科技奖(5/10)、陕西省科技进步奖一等奖(11/15)。
